The rapid development of scientific innovations and digital technologies in e-society presents new questions, not only concerning research and training, but also for evaluation of outcomes and opportunities, intervention in case of transformation problems, and for taking social, political, institutional, and business decisions.
Therefore, it is necessary to establish appropriate bases for taking decisions as well as regulatory practices and adequate models of evaluation and supervision.
In this context, the centre proposes to develop the transference of knowledge, methodologies, techniques, and information throughout offering services related to the outcomes of the research, implementation, and training.
